Why we exist

Steve founded CureWise after his own rare cancer diagnosis revealed the gap between what science makes possible and what patients can actually access. He previously founded Health Hero Network, a remote monitoring platform used by the VA and CMS that helped shape Medicare telehealth policy. He is an inventor on more than 200 patents in AI, health monitoring, and behavioral science, and has served as Chief AI Officer for PHD Ventures and Abundance360 by Peter Diamandis.

A gynecologic oncologist with a PhD in biological chemistry, Dr. Goshen has spent two decades proving that cancer patients benefit from professional partnering beyond the boundaries of conventional care. He founded N1X10 and Eliaso to pioneer new models of precision oncology advocacy, served as CEO of GI View and CMO at dbMotion and Medical Early Sign, led life sciences investing at Israel Seed Partners, and co-founded Shoni Health VC. He leads clinical trials from first-in-human to late-stage registration studies and runs a translational research program integrating real-world evidence with mechanistic biology to overcome treatment resistance. Before joining, she served as Chief of Staff and Corporate Development lead at Talino Venture Studios, partnering with the CEO across a portfolio of fintech and AI startups — supporting fundraising, investor relations, and the launch of a US retail fintech app. Earlier, she consulted for the World Bank and Asian Development Bank on health analytics and policy, and supported clinical trial operations and business development at USC. At CureWise she leads corporate development — spanning fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional execution. Mar holds an MSPH in International Health from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from UCLA.
